About the founder...
I am an experienced teacher having taught for 12 years in London, UK. I taught French, Spanish and English as an additional language in an inner city school and then took on teaching French to young children at a primary school breakfast club. Alongside this, I have tutored both adults and young people taking examinations in French at a variety of levels. I love seeing their enthusiasm for learning and progress and their pride in achievement.
I am a firm believer in "brain-based learning" and take learning styles and preferences into account in my planning and teaching. I know that people make the best progress when they enjoy what they are doing and believe in its purpose.
I have three children of my own and have lived in a number of countries and travelled widely. I believe in giving children a broad experience of the world they live in and letting them see that their world is more than meets the eye. Every day is full of wonder and surprises and there is always more to discover...
